Post-Graduate Course on Drafting of Administrative Regulations in Lisbon Law School

From May 18th to June 8th 2017, the Lisbon Law School with host a Post-Graduate Course on Drafting of Administrative Regulations.

The post-graduate course is organized by ICJP/ CIDP – Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law and it aims to provide its participants a broad insight on how to draft administrative regulations according to Legistics’ rules within the Portuguese legal framework.

The programme of this post-graduate course will cover not only general linguistic, technique and better regulation concerns that must be taken into account when drafting administrative regulations but also the specificities of drafting  certain administrative regulations, such as municipal and regulatory entities regulations.

The need of this specialization course in Portugal stands out because recent studies have concluded that the Portuguese legal order has enacted laws that lack regulation , some of them since 2003 – more information here.
